Joe Hayes
Joe Hayes is President of DDS Rescue, where he helps dental practices protect their data and stay compliant through backup, cybersecurity, and OSHA/HIPAA programs. With nearly three decades of leadership experience — including building Hayes from the ground up and later leading the Hayes Business Unit at Henry Schein — Joe brings deep industry expertise and a commitment to helping practices thrive.
Outside of work, Joe is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, enjoys training with friends, spending time with family, and cheering on the Denver Broncos.
Joe Hayes is President of DDS Rescue, where he helps dental practices protect their data and stay compliant through backup, cybersecurity, and OSHA/HIPAA programs. Steve White
Joined DDS Rescue in 2011 as Vice President and brings over 45 years of experience in the dental industry with extensive knowledge of product development, engineering and manufacturing disciplines. Steve is a nationally known lecturer and author in the fields of HIPAA and OSHA compliance, cybersecurity, business continuity, infection control and sterility assurance.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys time on the water either sailing or kayaking as well as golf, spending time with family and friends and rooting on the NY Yankees.

Ray Dillon
Ray Dillon is the Chief Technology Officer with over a decade of experience in tech support and cybersecurity. Throughout his career, he’s been driven by one goal: making technology and security easier for people to understand and safer for them to use. Ray’s background spans both hands-on technical support and high-level security strategy, giving him a unique ability to bridge complex systems with practical solutions.
When he’s not helping people secure their information, Ray enjoys reading, running, and spending time with his wife and kids.

Tom Jacobsen
As the COO of one of Forbes Top 100 financial planning firms in the country for 13 years, Tom was responsible for all aspects of the business – managing relationships with high net worth clients, data security and overseeing all technology requirements for the firm. Tom brings his extensive professional experience as well as the knowledge gained while obtaining his MBA from the University of Colorado as he helps our clients meet their compliance needs.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, golf and cheering on the Denver Broncos and Colorado Buffaloes.
As the COO of one of Forbes Top 100 financial planning firms in the country for 13 years, Tom was responsible for all aspects of the business – managing relationships with high net worth clients, data security and overseeing all technology requirements for the firm. Tom brings his extensive professional experience as well as the knowledge gained while obtaining his MBA from the University of Colorado as he helps our clients meet their compliance needs.

Diane Roerig
Diane is the Operations Manager at DDS Rescue. Formerly with Hayes, Diane has over 30 years of dental-related sales and operations experience, including DSO relations, product and repair sales and support, franchising, inventory, manufacturing, and product development.
Outside of work, Diane is a ceramic artist and also enjoys family gatherings and spending time at the beach.

Rob Reisley
Rob is a successful entrepreneur, private equity professional, and independent board advisor (35+ years’ broad-based experience) with emerging growth and middle market businesses. He has a strong transactional and financial background in debt and equity finance, M&A, strategic planning, marketing, operations, and corporate governance. Rob graduated from Bowdoin College in 1979 with a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, where he was a James Bowdoin Scholar and earned an MBA from the Wharton School in 1983.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys playing squash, golf, cooking and traveling with his family to parts unknown.

Jeanne Gable
Jeanne is the Lead OSHA Trainer at DDS Rescue. Formerly, Jeanne held the position of Regional Sales Manager and Trainer for Hayes. In her role, she set management plans, facilitated sales calls, and provided guidance for sales representatives to help meet and exceed their sales targets. She was actively involved in both initial and ongoing training for the sales force. Jeanne also managed a dental territory as a Hayes sales representative for 10 years prior.
Outside of work, Jeanne is restoring an 80 year old home, enjoys searching for vintage finds and spending time with family.

Katie Jacobsen
Katie is a HIPAA trainer and Compliance Specialist at DDS Rescue. Katie graduated from the University of Colorado with high distinction and a B.A. in both Spanish and Molecular Biology. She has previously worked in healthcare settings as both a Medical Assistant and in administrative roles. Her responsibilities included working directly with patients as well as managing confidential patient information. Katie brings her firsthand knowledge and experience of HIPAA regulations to help our clients meet their compliance needs in both English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys running, reading mystery novels, and spending time with her friends and family.

Dr. Greg Grillo
Dr. Greg Grillo, DDS brings three decades of clinical and operational leadership to his advisory role with DDS Rescue. A former U.S. Navy Dental Officer and Infection Control Officer, he brings a disciplined, compliance-driven perspective to practice risk management and continuity planning.
After purchasing his practice in 2001, Dr. Grillo guided his office through multiple technology and systems transitions, strengthening operational resilience while increasing profitability by more than 300%. This real-world ownership experience shapes his advisory focus on infrastructure reliability, compliance, and practice continuity.
Dr. Grillo has also served as Content Director for an Inc. 5000 dental software company and spent the past decade advising on dental technology and practice systems nationwide. He is currently the President of Method Pro, a growth and profit partner for dentists.

Kezia Cook-Robinson
Kezia is currently a Senior Privacy Counsel at Verily Life Sciences, sister company to Google, and an Alphabet company. Before joining Verily, Kezia was the Head of Compliance and Privacy Officer for Uber Health, and HIPAA Privacy Officer for Uber Technologies, Inc. She has almost 20 years of progressive experience in healthcare privacy and compliance, digital health and health IT, privacy management and data governance.
Her experience includes managing compliance and privacy programs at Centene Corporation; serving 10 years at the Office for Civil Rights, the agency within HHS that oversees HIPAA compliance and enforcement, as a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Specialist and HIPAA Team Lead; and providing thought leadership to major healthcare and life sciences clients as a consultant at Ernst and Young. Kezia is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Georgia and is registered in-house counsel for the State of California. She is certified in healthcare compliance and healthcare privacy compliance from HCCA and in U.S. privacy law and regulations from IAPP. She also holds a certification as a data privacy solutions engineer with ISACA and she is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society where she obtained a dual certificate in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Law

He also serves as Technology Editor for Dental Products Report magazine as well as Chief Dental Editor where he writes, edits, and does video demos of products featured in his “Technology Evangelist’ columns. Doctor Flucke has one of the most popular dental blogs on the Internet “Ramblings of Dentistry’s Technology Evangelist ” featuring daily updates on technology in healthcare and technology in general. The site has over 2 million unique page views. He lectures extensively on all aspects of clinical dentistry as well as technology in dentistry and has been featured at every major dental meeting in the U.S. and international locations as well.
Dr. Flucke uses technology in every aspect of his practice and personal life; pushing himself to constantly be on the leading edge.
